I took these pictures a few days ago before snow blanketed Ireland and you could still wear clothes like these without absolutely freezing to death! I got this high waisted Sandro skirt in the sales at Brown Thomas. It's super versatile and I am going to wear it to work with a smart collared shirt and also on nights out with a crop top. On this occasion, I paired it with a cropped sweater and cape to keep warm. xo

Monochrome at the G
I was in Galway a few weeks ago for a medical conference and I decided to stop by the G hotel for a bite to eat and one of their famous cocktails. This hotel is a bloggers dream - it was designed in part by milliner Phillip Treacy and has so many unique and gorgeous features. I just so happened to het chatting to photographer Peter Harkin who was there to shoot a wedding and he took these gorgeous photos for me. (It sure beats my husband or four year old taking the photos!!) Check out his work here: www.peterharkin.com

Playing Catch Up: Part 1
Hello! I'm so excited to finally be doing my first blog post on my new website! Since I started a mini blog on Facebook this past summer, I thought I'd start out by sharing with you some outfits I've posted over the past few months. I spend most of my time at work, and I firmly believe that professionalism and dressing with style are not mutually exclusive. So here are some of my work looks.
Zara blazer, J Crew top and skirt, Valentino Rockstud pumps
Dress ASOS, shoes Zara
Lace cardigan Minusey, top and skirt The Kooples
